The foreground is particularly good, heavily worked in earthy greens and ochres with lines incised directly into the painted surface.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is very little currently recorded about G. Stroobant, despite the distinctly Belgian surname and confident signature.
